NWC Group Registration

If you’re the main contact for MUUUCE at your church, please fill out this form to give us an estimate of how many students and leaders will be attending from your group. You can update your estimate anytime before June 30.

After June 30, your church will be responsible for paying the registration fees for the number of participants you've submitted.

Note: This form is for planning purposes only. Each participant still needs to complete their own individual registration.

Registration Options

Mail in Registration
We’ll print the individual registration forms and either mail or scan them to you by 6/30.
Online Registration
We’ll use the NWC JotForm to submit all participant registrations. We understand that we'll get regular reports from the NWC.
Hybrid
We're offering a hybrid registration process—participants can either fill out the JotForm or complete a paper form.
Custom Church Registration
Our church collects participant info through our own system, then sends all completed registrations to the NWC office, including signed release forms. Contact the NWC if you need help with this option.
